SeqnConverter, a tool for convert and format of the files of nucleic acid sequences, were
programmed by us using Visual Basic (VB). The computer program could obtain the nucleic acid
sequence in the HTM and GBK files from GenBank and save them as FASTA files. The program could
also convert DNA to RNA and mRNA, or RNA to DNA and cDNA, and convert a positive strand to its
complementary strand or to its reverse strand.
将不同格式的序列文件转换成FASTA格式软件，增加GC的一些统计以便于一些用户进行基因组分析，DotPlot作图功能及图象的处理，包括对Dot图象的镜像、裁减、放大缩小几个功能，还增加了一个拼接作图的小功能。由作者郭骁才，郭红霞两位老师授权在生物软件网发布。
